This custom adjustable sign holder is designed for retail counters, reception desks, restaurants, hotels, showrooms, exhibitions, and other commercial environments. It combines an adjustable stainless-steel support structure with a clear acrylic poster pocket, allowing product information, prices, menus, promotional messages, QR codes, or brand graphics to be presented at a suitable viewing height.
The acrylic poster pocket can be configured in portrait or landscape orientation. Two tabletop base options are available: a flat freestanding base and a compact magnetic base.
The rear support structure includes a sliding adjustment mechanism and locking component. The poster holder can be moved along the vertical post and secured at the required display height according to the counter, table, poster size, and viewing position.
The adjustment structure can be developed according to the required poster dimensions and intended retail application.
The clear acrylic poster pocket can be installed in portrait or landscape orientation. This allows the same general sign-holder structure to support different artwork formats, including vertical product information, horizontal promotional messages, menu graphics, prices, and directional signs.
The acrylic dimensions and support components are customized according to the selected orientation and printed insert size.
The front display component is made from clear acrylic that is cut, polished, and heat-bent into a U-shaped poster pocket. Printed graphics can be inserted between the clear acrylic layers and replaced whenever the product, price, promotion, menu, or campaign changes.
The replaceable insert structure allows the visual content to be updated without replacing the complete metal sign holder.
The support post, fixing components, and base are made from stainless steel. The visible metal surfaces feature a brushed texture with an antique-style painted finish, creating a darker decorative appearance suitable for coordinated retail and hospitality interiors.
The metal color, brushed direction, antique effect, surface tone, and final coating can be developed according to the approved reference sample or project requirements.
The standard version uses a wide, flat stainless-steel base that sits directly on a table, counter, display cabinet, reception desk, or other level surface. The larger base area provides freestanding support without requiring attachment to the furniture.
The second version uses a compact base with a magnetic fixing function. It can be placed on a flat surface and provides additional holding force when positioned on a compatible ferromagnetic metal surface.
The appropriate base type can be selected according to the available surface, required stability, visual style, and installation environment.
The replaceable insert can display a customer-supplied logo, product information, promotional artwork, menu, price, QR code, or directional message. A logo can also be applied to a suitable metal or acrylic area when required.
