All products offered through this website and our services are fully customized products, manufactured exclusively based on the client's provided drawings, samples, or creative concepts.

• Each product is produced to order and tailored to individual client specifications.
• DNY supports OEM/ODM customization with a minimum order quantity of 1 piece (1PC MOQ).
• Clients are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all design materials and specifications submitted.

All quotations are provided based on the information supplied by the client. Final pricing is subject to change depending on project variables.

Orders are governed by a mutual agreement process to ensure all parties are aligned before production commences.

Payment terms will be agreed upon before order confirmation. The following standard terms apply:

DNY implements strict quality control procedures throughout every stage of production.

• Quality checks are performed at multiple stages: raw material intake, in-process, and final inspection.
• Products failing quality standards are reworked or replaced before shipment at no additional cost.

Delivery timelines are estimated based on production schedules and prevailing logistics conditions at the time of shipment.

• Risk of loss or damage transfers to the client upon delivery to the designated carrier or freight forwarder.

• All client-provided designs, drawings and information will be kept strictly confidential.

• Intellectual property rights for client-provided designs remain the sole property of the client.

• Returns or refunds are only accepted in cases of confirmed quality defects or production errors on DNY's part.
• Any claims must be submitted within a reasonable time after receiving the goods, accompanied by photographic or written evidence.
• DNY reserves the right to assess and verify all claims before authorizing any return or refund.

DNY's liability in connection with any transaction is expressly limited as follows:

• DNY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
• Our total liability is limited to the value of the products supplied under the relevant order.
• DNY is not liable for losses arising from client-provided design errors, incorrect specifications, or misuse of products.
