Customer Requirements

Our Development Process
Stage 1 – Concept Evaluation
The project started with the customer’s design concept and reference images.
Our engineering team reviewed the design, evaluated manufacturing feasibility, and suggested structural improvements before moving into detailed development.
Stage 2 – Engineering & Design
Over approximately 20 days of technical discussions, we refined the product structure, confirmed dimensions, optimized materials, and prepared engineering drawings together with simple renderings for customer approval.
This stage ensured the design could be efficiently manufactured while maintaining the desired visual effect.
Stage 3 – Prototype Development
The first prototype was completed in approximately 20 days.
During sampling, several structural details were optimized, including the removable display peg system, felt panel installation, mirror positioning, and overall stability of the floor-standing structure.
Each improvement was carefully reviewed before moving into production.
Stage 4 – Production
After sample approval, production officially began.
Every component was manufactured according to engineering specifications and assembled under strict quality control procedures.
Before shipment, each display stand underwent 100% inspection to ensure appearance, dimensions, structural stability, and surface finish met customer requirements.

Premium Brushed Stainless Steel Structure
The entire frame is fabricated from brushed stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance, long-term durability, and a clean modern appearance suitable for premium retail environments.
Double-Sided Merchandising Design
Both sides of the display can be used simultaneously, allowing retailers to increase product exposure without occupying additional floor space.

Removable Metal Display Pegs
