Project Brief
This custom metal retail display stand features an all-metal structure with a durable yellow powder-coated finish. The interchangeable top header allows the client’s logo panel to be inserted or replaced, while the shelves and pegboard hooks can be repositioned to support different product layouts. Yellow sound-dampening felt liners were added to the display surfaces to reduce contact noise, protect displayed products and create a coordinated retail presentation.
This custom metal retail display stand was developed for a branded in-store merchandising project. The goal was to create a durable floor display that could be reconfigured for different products while maintaining a consistent and recognizable visual identity.
All-Metal Construction with a Powder-Coated Finish
The main structure is fabricated from stainless iron and finished with a durable yellow powder coating. Compared with temporary cardboard or lightweight display solutions, the metal construction provides the stability required for repeated use in retail stores.
The rounded side panels, shelves and lower display bin follow the same color and form language, creating a coordinated freestanding retail fixture with a clean, modern appearance.
Adjustable Shelves for Flexible Product Layouts
The metal shelves are not permanently fixed in one position. They can be installed at different heights along the vertical mounting slots, allowing store staff to change the spacing according to the size and quantity of the displayed merchandise.
This adjustable structure makes the display suitable for changing product collections, seasonal promotions and different merchandising plans without replacing the complete fixture.
Repositionable Pegboard Hooks
A perforated metal pegboard is integrated into the central display area. The metal hooks can be removed and repositioned across the pegboard, giving the retailer more freedom to organize hanging products and adjust the spacing between items.
Shelves and hooks can also be used together, allowing packaged products, accessories and promotional items to be presented on the same custom retail display stand.
Replaceable Logo Header for Brand Visibility
The top of the display includes an insertable logo holder. The client’s branded logo panel can be installed in the header and replaced when the display is used for another campaign, collection or retail promotion.
This approach provides clear brand visibility while keeping the main metal display structure reusable.
Yellow Sound-Dampening Felt Shelf Liners
Yellow sound-dampening felt liners were applied to the shelf surfaces and lower display area. The liners help reduce contact noise when products are placed or moved, while also providing a softer surface for the displayed merchandise.
The felt color was coordinated with the powder-coated metal frame, maintaining a unified appearance throughout the fixture.
